1. General conditions of transactions and supply
1.1. Methods of ordering goods

The price includes the 21% value added tax applicable at the time of ordering. If a higher price is specified when confirming the order, the customer has the right to refuse the purchase immediately. If the purchase price in the online store has changed after the order confirmation, the customer pays the price specified in the order confirmation sent.
1.3. Payment conditions
Payment for the order depends on the corresponding payment method – if you choose an e-banking system or a simple transfer, the order will be processed only when we receive your payment.
1.4. Terms and conditions of delivery of goods
Each item has a delivery date on working days. The total delivery time of the order is determined by the last delivered item in the order.
The goods are delivered by a goods delivery service company authorized by the seller. The goods are delivered according to the address specified in advance by the customer to the place where the car can drive. We deliver all goods throughout Lithuania, regardless of their weight and quantity in the order.
1.5. Right of return after ordering and purchasing the product
You have the right to return the product you received to us within 14 days, with a written explanation of the reasons for its return. The term starts counting from the moment of receipt of the goods. The item cannot be returned if it has been used. The buyer pays the courier for returning the goods.
1.6. Warranty obligations
If the goods are defective at the time of delivery, the seller undertakes to remove them. The company has the first right to repair the product or replace it with another product at its discretion. If the product is delivered again with defects or if the delivery is delayed within the agreed period, the customer can demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancel the order.
1.7. Data protection
Personal data will be processed only if you voluntarily provide it when ordering the product.
Without your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time, we will not transfer your personal data and your home address or e-mail address to third parties. The exception is our partners who provide services that require your data to fulfill the order (for example, a parcel delivery company obliged to deliver the product and a payment institution obliged to carry out payment operations). In these cases, only necessary data is transmitted.
1.8. Final Provisions
The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
In the event that any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes ineffective, the other provisions shall remain in effect.
2. Returning the goods
The return of goods purchased by users is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, 2001. August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 “On approval of rules for sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication”, 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 “On approval of rules for return and exchange of items”.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, we urge you to carefully read the operating instructions and terms of warranty obligations after purchasing the product.
If you have paid for an item electronically and we have delivered it later than stated on the item.
In the event that you bought a product and paid for it in advance by bank transfer or online banking system, and due to the lack of goods, we cannot deliver it within the specified period, we undertake to immediately return the money you have paid.
If the product is of poor quality
In the event that after purchasing a product, you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return such a product to us within 7 (seven) working days from the day of delivery to you. In this case, we undertake to replace the defective product with a quality product free of charge or to return the money paid to you.
If you do not like the shape, size, etc. of the purchased item.
In the event that you do not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to replace the product with an analogous product. If the seller does not have an item suitable for replacement, the buyer has the right to return the item to the seller and recover the money paid for it within 14 days (counting from the day of delivery of the item to the buyer).
When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective product, except for cases where a defective cosmetic or perfumery product is returned);
the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
the returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document, the warranty card (if it was issued separately) and the completed product return document, which is provided to you together with the product.
3. Return of electronic and electrical goods
If you did not like the electronic or electrical product you received, you have the right to refuse it within 14 days from the day of delivery and get your money back. You can return the product in the following ways:

All costs related to the return of the product are paid by the buyer.
Goods are exchanged and returned at the buyer’s written request, indicating detailed order information: order number, date, product, price, delivery date.
When returning the product, you must submit documents proving the purchase of the item from our store and a document confirming the product warranty, if any, with the request. Proof of purchase can be a cash register receipt, sales receipt, VAT invoice, invoice, payment card account statement, payment card reader receipt, and others.
If you have not saved the document of purchase and sale of the product, the product can be changed or other requirements specified in your request can be fulfilled only with the consent of the seller.
The returned item must be fully assembled, returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, without losing its commercial appearance, its usable properties have been preserved, and it must be complete with all documentation provided by the manufacturer.
We may refuse to accept the product back if changes have been made to the appearance of the product or packaging that were not necessary to inspect the product, including damaged labels, torn protective films and violations of transparent packaging that would not interfere with the right to inspect the product.
If the product’s packaging is damaged, it means that the product cannot be sold later at the same price, without violating the rights of another buyer of this product to purchase a new and unused product, such products can only be returned with our mutual agreement (for example, if you agree to compensate the difference in the product’s depreciation). .
NOTE: You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel your order if you buy certain goods online, for example, if the items are made to order or adapted to your personal needs.
The seller, who has accepted and evaluated the goods returned by the buyer, must return the money paid to the buyer within 14 days at the latest.
